There are only one bathroom one for men one for women they are both located up the stairs.

Not that I am aware of ... the main floor is flat but to get up to bathroom on 2nd would not be possible unless they have a restroom downstairs that I am unaware of

No it isnt. There are few stairs to enter Lips and then a full flight to get to the bathroom.
Not that i saw. There are stairs to get in the location and also to go to the bathroom.
