The Modest Mouse show was canceled because the band had positive Covid tests and showing symptoms. I can’t find a customer service number and I want to know what is being done for a refund and/or if the concert is going be scheduled.

Hey! If you can still dig up your emails for the concert, mine (for another concert at the tabernacle) had a section in the fine print regarding what they would do incase of the whole concert being shut down due to Covid.

You can reach out to the website you purchased from regarding a refund if you'd like. More information can be found on the event page on Ticketmaster.com or Livenation.com. Ticketmaster and Live Nation don't really have an easy customer service line anymore.
