Yes she was my attorney but when she had the will probated and on the first page 2nd paragraph it lists Richard, Becky, billy, max,Alan, Chris. How do you forget when probating a will do you forget the first two and she had never contacted or sent copies to them not I got another attorney was going to do an amendment to the will and found her mistake and additional charges from $400 to $1000 costing me 1800 if you count both. The first attorney also didn't ask me about setting an estate account like the new lawyer did. How does a lawyers miss the first two names listed and the court system that probated it? Can file a complaint with the bar for being unethical?
Is the "she" you are referring to your attorney? The State Bar is the governing board for attorneys. If so you will probably needed another attorney to represent you. BTW, $840 really isn't unreasonable to probated a will.
