Yes,,the property keeper lives in the house across the lawn,,you cant miss it,,hes ALWAYS HAPPY to show it and let people in to the lighthouse
The one on land is only open during special events, I think. The one on the peninsula, on the state park, is usually open during the busy season from 10-5 generally. There is a cost of $6 /person last I knew and small children are not allowed because of how steep it is. I did take my 2 year old in the land lighthouse though when it was open in the Fall of 2018 for the 200th Anniversary, that was free but we had to wait in the cold/rainy weather for over an hour. You can still walk around both on the ground.
You can, it depends on the hours Monday through Friday, hours are different from Saturday and Sunday. You can call to see when it's open.
I don't think so .... it doesn't look to be manned.... thst being said the one on the island inside of the state park can be toured if it's open.
