I happened to stop by on a school tour day, so I did tour it but it is not open, generally, to the public. They do scheduled groups from what the lady told me last year.

This one is rarely open to the public but the one out on Presque Isle State Park is open generally 10-5 on weekends and busier weekdays during summer for a small fee.
