No camping
There is no camping on Presque Isle. The park closes at dark. However, there is a campground just before the entrance called Sarah's Campground, which has tent camping on the beach. https://sarascampground.com/
There are Campgrounds near the entrance, but none in the park.

I am sure you can pitch a tent and camp, but I am not sure of you can over night as it is a state park and surely has open and closed hours...There are definitely camp grounds close by!
We only went for the day however I am reasonably certain there are camping areas nearby
