Not sure just visiting for a bit, but I did notice all the beaches closed down there's no lifeguards and the water has some dangerous drop offs and currents. And when u swim on guarded beaches they wont let u go to far out. So maybe depends on which areas are safe and they have signs up to let u know where to go.
I believe just the ones that were flooded and destroyed qith debris
