No obvious alcohol that is...nobody will check if your bottle of Coke was premixed with Jack as long as you can behave yourselves.
Yes however you must carry out anything you take in. There are no trash cans on the beaches. Many of the beaches have a snack stand but we always bring our own. Have fun!
