DHL sent a package without my street address....Only Oklahoma City, OK 73142. It tracks as UNDELIVERABLE. Will it be at this post office as undeliverable mail?

It will go to the Post Office on South I-35 where it will be held for a certain amount of days. You need to go there and pick it up.

Those are generally scanned as 'Insufficient Address' and returned to the sender. That zip code belongs to the Hefner Station. You can go online to check the tracking number. You can also call that station directly to have them check if it is still there.
