Sure wish I could get ahold of a live person. Spent 20 minutes just trying to get to the right person and never got an answer, I only had a question to ask. Animated phone service is terrible. Kept directing me to wrong topics and when I answered by voice,, it kept repeating wrong answers. Beyond frustrated at this point.

Incredibly rude customer service from Tim. Heβs awful. I donβt see how he sleeps at night being so terrible to the people he is supposed to serve. Probably because he doesnβt care.

This location's hours changed on Oct 12, 2019. They are now open 7 am to 9 pm M-F, 9 am to 6 pm Sat, closed Sunday. This was done to make the OKC PO with late hours more central to OKC (the Airport PO used to have the late hours).
You should contact the company that you ordered from. The above answer is correct. There should be a tracking number and you can go to the USPS website and track it from there
That is between the doctor, lab, and patient. If the doctor has associates in Oklahoma, in a lab, results can be sent through the post office. USPS has several services that can provide security and confidentiality.
Farley Station Southeast corner of Main Post Office Building at Tulsa and third would be an option
You can get one at reno and meridian. I'm not sure about renewel. Might want to call first..
I'd start by contacting the police department and filing a report then contact the postmaster of the facility.
