You should contact the company that you ordered from. The above answer is correct. There should be a tracking number and you can go to the USPS website and track it from there
The center just off of reno is a processing facility only. If you have a tracking number for the package, you cam use that. Usually, it has to go from the processing facility to the stations before a carrier delivers a package.
