I have been trying to get in touch with my mom's doctor's office all day. Each time I call I finally give up after being on hold for 20 minutes. How can I get through to them????????????????????????????????????

Unfortunately this has been happening a lot. Some sort of phone problem. If MyChart is available, ask your question there or ask for someone to call you.
