It takes too long for them to take the call to make an appointment... and that's not the worst thing, the worst thing is that when you're number 1 they answer and hang up the call

I honestly have absolutely no complaints. This office is the most well organized and professional office I have ever been to. I love going here. I see my primary, GYN, and chiropractor here, plus I use the in house pharmacy they have. I truly appreciate this office so much. Thank you for treating my kind, always.

Had an ob/gyn appointment today at OHI. I found doctor and staff wonderful. They were thorough in their examination and questioning. Doctor was kind and compassionate. Looking forward to continuing my care with them. Based on my experience so far I’d definitely recommend.

Most doctors are nice but some are very judgmental and impatient. The worst part is how long it takes for the call center to answer the phone to make an appointment. The website claims you can make appointments on there but you can’t.

What is the fax number?
I get that feeling too, they always want to give you a referral to go to another Dr, Why?...because they can't figure out what's wrong!
I would find a new place. after our experience with the OHI it is in your best interest to run to anyone else. We actually had to pay out of pocket to other doctors due to how incompetent and inaccurate the office is.
This happened to me also during February 2021 and I am a new patient. I will write a letter to try and get through but I still want their fax number.
You can go on to the patient portal and message them and ask for all copies of their records. Hope that helped

Yes there is, but you still have to call main number for appointment crazy
But the women is always late or taking a break because of something with her kid. After the 3rd time of sitting there for hours with my son I moved on.
