Yupp use the portal
I used two phones at the same time and called multiple times for bloodwork results and stayed on hold for an hour and forty two minutes on both phones. The last hour both phones said I was in the number one position. Ridiculous and unprofessional. I am very disappointed. I gave up at an hour and forty two minutes with two different phones.
I've been on hold for the past 44 mins AND I'm #1 in line! I'm convinced that the other 2 people on hold ahead of me 20 mins ago gave up because NO ONE is answering the phones. SMH!!
Just use their website. I make a appointment in seconds.
Portal not working
Hmm... I'm kinda surprised to see this.. I called and set up an appointment for my daughter about 2 weeks ago, and it was pretty quick, an then again for my son about 5 mins ago. Was on hold for about 4-5 minutes. Then again, I see this comment was from 4 months ago.. Maybe they hired more staff? They do have an online portal to set up appointments and such, that I just noticed. Hope this helps.
Yes I was waiting 2 hours then they hung up on me
Every single time i call im on hold for no less then 30 minutes. I can only call on my lunch breaks at work because their hours of operation are the same as mine so i have no choice but to use up my entire lunch break wating and then when someone answers i am back on the clock and using my companies time to make a personal call which isn't good at all.
