I was quite hesitant to start going to OHI. County clinics have been notoriously horrible over the years. Put the cards I've been dealt made it so I had to go there. I have to tell you some of the best care I have gotten in my life. It is basically a nurse practitioner that you're going to see, nurse practitioners have been a wonderful asset for 20 years, in Ocean County anyway. The first NP I saw was Sally Johnson...she took the time to listen to my issues and my questions. Wonderful experience. Now I see Jessica Sorensen. I was afraid she would tell in comparison to Sally Johnson. But, once again I was so pleasantly surprised as she listened to me and took care of each problem that I had. I had a stroke a year and a half ago and so I have a stack of problems. Takes long to get an appointment nor does it ever take long in the waiting room. Every once while it get backed up as does any doctor's office but it's not a regular thing. Give them a shot

Service is not good and forget about getting through on the phone you will be assigned a waiting number and don’t try their call backs is not functioning

The staff here are all caring compassionate people dedicated to providing quality medical care to their patients. The patients that complain about this facility most likely are very uncooperative Personally ive never had a problem there.

I think people need to learn what you should go to these places for....its not an ob, any other specialist or an ER. Its for getting a sprain splinted, a few stitches or a zpack. And if you don't like this one, there's one every mile or two in populated areas. I'm sorry you lost your baby but why on earth would you go to an urgent care for that and not YOUR doctor or just the ER.
