The receptionist was on her cell phone when we came in to the urgent care. She continued in the call, and my child was almost falling over in pain. She has a foot injury and couldn’t walk. They don’t have x-ray or lab. I don’t understand what the purpose of this location is as an urgent care on the weekend.

During my pregnancy I had to wait for at least 20-30, sometimes 45 minutes for prenatal appointments for the OB office. I was supposed to have my first post partum appointment today and I waited for 40 minutes and was never taken back (there was one other lady in the waiting room so it wasn’t even busy). I let the secretaries know after I was waiting for 20 minutes and they assured me that the nurse would come get me soon. The one secretary also told me that sometimes they double book appointments. This was a huge waste of my time as my newborn daughter just had open heart surgery a week ago and I wanted to get back to the hospital to spend time with her. Appointment slots need to be longer than 15 minutes. My midwife is great but I’m going to be switching because I’ve wasted so much time just waiting there which is super inconvenient. I’m very dissatisfied with this office, do better and respect peoples time.

I have been trying to get thru to Dr. Khan's office daily for nearly an entire week for bloodwork results that are ABNORMAL. I've called everyday for nearly an entire week. After the operator transfers me, I've waited on hold anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and ten minutes, and nobody ever answers the phone. When I called back and tried to explain to the operator what has been happening, she hung up on me! Truly the most pathetic and heartless people working in this place. Never saw such pathetic healthcare in my entire life, especially at this location!

Go somewhere else... especially if you're a person of color. The only difference between this visit and his last is that his black father came instead of his white mother... and we were punished for something for which no one has batted an eyelash in her direction since the child was born. This facility is deplorable and no one more so than the confused karens working at the front check in kiosks. We arrived 30 min before my childs appointment to be told that despite using his mothers insurance for every visit since his birth, that there was no way they could use it and only would try to use my insurance which is out of network with a large out of pocket cost. Despite my best efforts to simply check in they refused us and even turned our doctor away when our time was called. They refused to do anything for me, or my child but put me in contact with a financial advisor... for insurance we already have and through which my child is and has been covered for example his appointment the week prior. After a call from my wife whom they seemed more willing to accommodate even over the phone, we were finally allowed in the waiting room a full hour past our appointment where we waited for our doctor. After another hour wait, i plead for us to see the doctor soon ...they assured me there were other appointments ahead of my 18 month old who was not just on time but early for the appointment for which they refused to allow him to check in on time. Finally 3.5 hours after our appointment we see a doctor, his usual doctor, the doctor who has seen him for 70% of his life. Takes his height and weight and asks about his development. An interaction that lasted less than 20 minutes... no vaccinations or inoculations. My whole day wasted because of the incompetent and uncaring staff.

I do call the number and get to talk to the NA for my doctor but the best way is MyChart as all my responses has been immediate and no longer than a 6-10 hour delay if on the weekend. During the weekday both sometimes the doctor and the NA respond within the hour.
