No sauna. The hydro beds are a water massage bed that you can adjust to your needs. Using the touch screen you can pinpoint the area of your choice. They're great
There are no saunas at this Planet Fitness or any one I've been to so far. The hydro beds are programmable water massage beds.
Hydro massage, you lay down on a bed there are water jets underneath that spray onto the underneath of the bed it moves up and down lengthwise you can adjust the pressure and speed to which it moves back and forth and what area on your body you want it to concentrate . Ask for a demonstration I think they feel great
Not sure what the hydro massage is but they dont have a sauna.
