I had an appointment at 1 pm on a Saturday. I showed up 10 minutes early, the open sign was on; business sign on; but door locked and no one appeared to be there. I called and left a message; as of 6 pm no reply. I understand emergency happen; but they had my cell number a text stating they had to cancel. Unprofessional. Will not get a second chance.

Did you have her include the tip on that? And I may be that plus the tax. But I'm surprised because students usually are 25 and with them being 11 years old I would consider them students. Oh my gosh that's right and the new owner was there when I got mine done and all she kept doing was staring and watching what my girl was doing and I don't know she just really made it uncomfortable. I feel bad for my girl because I just love her she's really good at what she does.
