I've always felt like I've had personalized care when I've gone to any appointment or even the emergency room here. The only downside I've experienced is with people at registration. One time an appointment got missed entirely for over an hour because of a pwrson at the east B registration "forgetting" to check me in. On Monday evening we had to go to the ER because I was having pregnancy complications, and I had to give a urine sample. The front registry staff who was there that night was rude the moment I came in until the moment I gave the urine sample. It was tone of voice and eye-contact. Beyond that, everyone else made up for her attitude so I don't care very much. Dr. Kelly Gibson is an amazing high risk OBGYN who cares very much about her patients. The ER staff was also very kind and compassionate knowing I had list many pregnancies and wanted to do everything they could to help. Yes it does take a while to be seen, but they aren't as bad as the reviews on here show. I've never not gone to an ER without it taking a while to be seen at all.

Never bring ur family member here , Dr's don't give the proper treatment even when we are in so much pain been ill, then they just put in the statement that they filled for the records that they spend more than 30 minutes with us while just 1 ibuprofen that I could of taken at Home they gave me . Horrible treatment. They didn't said how the labs were or any other testing . Rooms and bathrooms were so dirty . Nurses very rude, we are not animals we are humans. Treat people with the respect you deserve! Simple. This is not free we are paying for it and to have the Best care we deserve ! .
