Got there about 30 minutes early for open skate which was fine we watched some hockey until they started to prep for open skate so we went to pay and get our skate rentals as no one was there before. First, dumb on me for not noticing the sign that said only cash or checks, so we asked how much it would be for 2 adults and 1 kids plus skates, which was $18. Gone 10 minutes to the atm since there isn’t one on site and some how the price has gone up to $27, thankfully I didn’t just pull a $20 out like I planned. Would have walked out if not for the kiddo unnecessarily hyped for skating lol. Finally get on to the ice and it’s honestly the worst ice ever seen at an open skate place, super bumpy with lots of ridges and honestly these where the most uncomfortable skates I’ve ever used. Overall super disappointed in our experience and will not be back again.

From Oct 21st to March 31st. The open skate is Friday 7:15pm-8:45pm and Saturday 7pm-8:30pm. Some days around holidays there will be no open skate.
There has to be a scheduled public skate or you have to purchase ice time. There may also be classes available. I would check the rink website for the schedule. Public open skates may not be scheduled due to Covid.
