I have an appeal hearing on Monday and this is Friday and I cannot find my paperwork and the agency is saying that they won't give me a ride to and from the appointment. I was told that they would because of my health and type of insurance.

I tried and they will not. They said that they only give rides to redetermination appointments and not to appeal hearings. I have been trying to work on this for over a week now. What do I do since my hearing is on Monday morning? The insurance is also saying that I have used ALL of my trips with them for the year. Can't they add some because of my disability? I'm not permitted to drive due to several Medical condition and the doctor said that I would never be able to get my license back due to the medical conditions.

You insurance is who give you a ride. You need to contact them.
