They have two vegetarian ramen options if I remember correctly. Their menu is available online. Their classic "Sakuramen" says it's vegetarian but it also looks like it's vegan.
I don't think they have a definite vegan option, but they do have a vegetarian option.
The answer is "yes"! The ramen that shares the restaurant's name is. I'm not sure about the spicy ball (an add-on) and I'm suspicious.
