Chyrlette, Thank you for your question. There are three (3) eligibility requirements that a person must meet: age, assisted living services and income. First, a person must be of age 55 years or older. Second, a person must need the assisted living services offered at Livingston Place. Care services include activities of daily living, or ADLs, could be bathing, dressing, eating, toileting and transferring – someone who might need to go to a nursing home if they did not have help. This will be determined by your doctor and then through an assessment process. And third, Livingston Place was built for low and moderate income as an affordable option for senior care through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.
