I was really looking forward to my massage today. On my way to my appointment, owner calls as I'm pulling up to reschedule to 30 mins later. Not a problem. I wait around and call as I'm walking up to my rescheduled appointment. No response to calls or text. I call his phone as well as the business line. Nothing. Door is locked. 10 minutes later, someone opens the door with no clue of my appointment. This was my first and last appointment. Disappointed with shoddy communication.

Blind customer: this location is easily accessible by metro bus. As you enter the establishment you’ll make a quick right to be at the greeting counter. This atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. I have received several massages and a foot spa from body bliss beyond. I honor this establishment as a black owned business in Washington DC. My most recent massage in May 2022 was much needed. I was given several options for type of massage and pressure applied. I am certain my massage ran over as my masseuse was very attentive. I am very pleased with this establishment and will continue to visit for more services.
