Lorraine, Livingston Place at Southern Ave Assisted Living is serving seniors aged 60 years and older in the DC area. At Livingston Place, we provide high-quality housing, assisted living care services, dining services, and more to low- and moderate-income elderly District residents. Livingston Place is able to offer affordable monthly rental fees through the Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The tax credit requires financial eligibility to live at Livingston Place. For seniors who need financial help with the cost of care, the community is a provider of the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities (EPD) Waiver. Seniors must be on Medicaid and require assistance for at least 2-3 activities of daily living. The waiver is managed through the Department of Aging and Community Living. For more information call us at (202)519-0982. We'd be happy to provide you with any and all assistance you may need. Sincerely!
