Worst customer service...I had to wait for more than an hour for a birthday cake I ordered days ago...and the worst part is they forgot to put the picture on the cake and I had to pull the picture again and have them do it ....

I think they need to improve their customer service. They have good potential of increasing new customers because they have very good Ethiopian food and and also they make good pastry but they really need to work on customer service and customer satisfaction.

Worst Ethiopian restaurant i really missed kategna. To be honest i can cook better than them its shameful, if i was the the manager i would have shutted it or be responsible at least. Anyways lesson learned ' Never go there'.
