The first bus to Baltimore is around 7am. It will depend on where your going in Maryland. You can use the internet to schedule a trip.
Unsure what the 1st available bus leaves from Newark Penn Station. However, if you have access to the internet you can get the information/time schedule. Bus was CLEAN and it was a very nice ride.
