There's a sign posted outside with the hours (see photos). It says M-F 4:30am-9pm, Sat/Sun 7am-9:30pm.
I don't think the station is open until 10 pm, concerning the ticket counter. The station is literally one room, plus bathrooms. I always buy online, but give them a call to check. It is nothing like NYC / Port Authority at all.
Buy tickets online or u can buy upto 10 pm in counter... In major stations like New York
9PM. They have an easy app you can install which will give you $ rewards towards your future trips. It also allows you to track your bus live.
We usually buy online. I don't think counter is open till 10pm. It's small place, one room, snack machine, bathroom, counter.
Never opens before 8. Closes by 9
5 am till 9 pm I think
