I would have to agree. Their Quicklane is NOT quick. Maybe its because I didn't buy my Ford from them. I've even gotten there super early and had to wait for a few hours.

In Saturday it really is the best day to get faster service During the week it's busy and more people go. But Saturday is best because less people are there

I prefer to make a appointment for Saturday as its just easier for me and i can get in and out usually quicker . Also try make an appointment through a service advisor that is what i do now.
