I went into the specialists a couple of months ago exploring the idea of a high quality sound system. I described that I wanted my car to sound like I was inside a pair of bose headphones, but I wasn't looking to win competitions. After a few jokes Leon could see that I was serious and knew exactly what I was looking for. He customized a package of really good quality equipment with thoughtful inclusions like a bass knob, an android audio connection, and the ported subwoofer with its own amp that was a perfect balance between cost, practicality, and excellent performance. I spoke with David at the Broadway location and he helped me get everything scheduled. The guys worked diligently to get me driving with my system almost fully together after 1 full day of work. I returned the following day for some minor finishing touches and I gotta say that system THUMPS! It was exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. I've had a couple of minor bugs that had to be worked out but the guys took care of things promptly. David always got things squared away quickly and with a great attitude - genuinely helpful. I'd definitely recommend the specialists on Broadway for all your audio needs. I liked them so much I may have to go back to see about getting my car tinted too! Thanks guys! Went in to get a tint strip put on the front windshield from my insurance. They installed it last weekend and it was crooked so they were trying to redo it this week and got it crooked again. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
