Why is ot everytime i call it takes an hour before they pick up in the 500 building and i go there and i see lights blinking but no phones ring they turn down ringer is ridiculous is an all offices cause in the beging i went to bayshore same problem

I can tell you the call volume that they get is astronomical compared to how much staff they have. They do not turn off ringers, trust menon this. They pick up as many calls as they can.

I have never had a problem getting through, maybe it depends on the time of day? Most Dr.'s offices don't answer the phone so I leave a message. A good office will call you back.
