I used to have lunch at Fran O'brien's restaurant years ago and it was located on L St N.W. between 18th & 19th Streets. I thought they had the BEST London Broil. Are they still there in DC?

The O'Brien's Oyster bar is located a couple minutes walk from the dock in downtown Annapolis. I don't think they serve the London Broil. However, they do serve awesome good crab dip and lump crab cakes. Al fresco dining is only until sunset though. After which indoors become a lively night club. I highly recommend!
