Had to get follow up sonogram. Lots of disorganization this day. Tech who did mammogram was great. It all went downhill from there. I sat on a hard bench for 45 minutes waiting. Front desk staff was very efficient and kind. They did check on me once, but I told them I had another appointment to get to within the coming hour. I was assured it would not be a problem.

i am not impressed with the attitude of most of the staff that i dealt with at this location. considering the sensitivity and what they mostly deal with, i found the US tech and the radiologist to be a bit stiff, non feeling and very rough around the edges considering. my mammo tech was kind and considerate. also, they have an area where the techs, nurses and staff use for work and making calls, it is an open space and while you wait in the changing rooms all around you can here them talking about patients to doctors, here stuff that should be talked about in a rather public area and i actually heard them say something about me which wasn’t super professional and i mentioned to them i could here them- which caught them off guard. this center should really consider changing the layout so patients can’t hear others patients business, diagnosis and treatment plans. front desk staff was nice as the sign at front desk about mammograms is very confusing.

Dr. De and the tech Sarah were incredible. They were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable about everything, i can’t say enough good things about them!! The office is super efficient as well always took me early! THANK YOU!!!!

Unlike the other reviews (I question the authenticity of at least one of them) I had a wonderful experience with this office. When making my appointment the woman was very courteous and they had appointments open immediately. The front office staff was incredibly nice and efficient. I was taken back quickly by a very nice woman who showed me to my private changing room and explained everything to me. She was friendly and inquired about my holiday weekend. My technician was absolutely wonderful!! I was quite nervous but she was so friendly and explained everything up front. She completely put me at ease. Great experience!
