My children see Alicyn Bassler and love her. She talks to them and takes her time. We’ve seen other providers and no one has disappointed us. Only frustrating thing to deal with is how busy their phones can be. However, they’ve always called back.

Every pediatrician, nurse practitioner, and nurse has been caring and so amazing with my kids. Today I had issues breastfeeding after our appointment, Dr. Conrad came back into the room and helped me get my baby to latch. I am so grateful for this practice!

Questions & Answers

Do you only handle pediatrics or do you do general practice as well

Hi Paul, we are a pediatric practice that sees children ages birth to around 22.

TERRIBLE !! 😠 my son has been sick and I have called for them to attend to me and they only tell me to make the appointment online and they hang up on me oh they leave me the call on hold! Up to 30 minutes! Do they do it just because I'm Latino?

Thank you for your message. We are committed to providing the same care to all children and families. Call 410-263-6363, extension 2 for a patient representative who can help you schedule an appointment over the phone, or option 4 for our triage department. We hope to see you and hope your little one feels better soon. Another option, for the convenience of parents, is to book an illness appointment on our website, if desired. My 4 year old has nystagmus in his eyes and has had it since birth it has gotten a lot better but he still needs a check up do I need a referral from his pediatrician?

Whether or not he needs a referral depends on your insurance company. It is always good to let your pediatrician know about outside specialists that your child is seeing, though, so they can provide the best care for your child.
