Is it true touchless? As in no brushes - or anything - touches car surface? Cant tell from photos what the drivethru looks like.

There is no number posted anywhere that i can find to call if there is a problem. Just paid for a touch free wash, drove into the bay, and had the machine spray water for 2 seconds and stop...no lights, never moved again. Who do i call?????

I would contact your bank and have them start a claim to dispute the charge. I use the car wash frequently and am dissatisfied with a few things there. No garbage cans because they're too cheap to provide that service. The brushless car wash makes your car look awful if you pay for anything other than basic, (the wax is apparently what makes your car look awful) and the card stripe readers in the manual washes never read my card.
