In DC, you must be 18 years of age to get a piercing. At our Rockville MD shop (Wed-Sunday), we are able to pierce minors depending on which piercing. We do require that you and your legal guardian both bring a government issued ID and a birth certificate to prove guardianship. Give us a call at 301-869-3839 if you have any more questions!
The one in DC doesn't do under age. The ones in MD you need your parent with you. You might need your Birth Certificate. You might want to call them.
