Take the MARC or Amtrak train from Union Station in DC to Penn Station in Baltimore. As you come out of the station, go left and wait at the bus stop for one of the Johns Hopkins shuttle, and get off at the final stop. Or take a taxi or Uber from the station to Johns Hopkins Hospital.
