The time is 10:55am and my appointment was scheduled for 10:00am. I’ve called and left three messages and have not heard back from anyone. I received multiple text messages confirming my appointment which included the name of the person who would be doing me nails. I also received an email with instructions on where to go and park. This was a total waste of gas and time… not to mention I still have a function to prepare for so I now have to find somewhere else to go. Totally unprofessional! I didn’t want to give any stars

I have gone to this salon for years off and on and never had a bad experience. There is nothing fancy about the manicures I’ve gotten, but they always focused on nail care and that was important to me. That’s why is was shocking to see a manicurist there who was not just new but didn’t appear to know what she was doing at all. From sawing my nails down to the nail bed, to oiling them before painting to a horrible polish job. She was polite and took her time but just needed some training. In addition, the salon does not have patricians between the manicurist and customer, so it is only respectful to keep your mask up when you’re that close together. I would never be that careless to anyone and I’m vaccinated and boosted, so it was just shocking to me to see her continually pull her mask down, especially since my 11 year old was also getting a service and has only had her first shot.

Literally nowhere to park. I was late because I had to circle the area 4 times to park 3 blocks away and walk IN THE RAIN. To walk in after driving an hour to get here to be told I can’t be seen was to say the least disappointing. There isn’t even a phone number to call to say you’ll be late or to communicate outside of an online chat which to say the least is highly impersonal and not useful at all if you aren’t going to have someone with the capability to respond right away. Will never make the attempt again. Not worth the drive even if they are one of the only shops to offer Apres. Not to mention the fume level as soon as you enter the building..lol not worth it at all. Don’t waste your time.

I absolutely love Ms Cathy!! I have the worst feet and she takes care of me. I don't want anyone else doing my pedicures besides her.she friendly, professional, and clean. Support this business. You won't be disappointed. One day I'll get a gel manicure
