Thanx Phil, I guess your explanation will do. But, Bakersfield is large compared to other small towns in Cali.
Because as this transplanted New Yorker can state Bakersfield is not a very large city. But, there are many West Coast based banks that have a presence here.
Bakersfield is the 9th biggest city in California lol. It is a large city compared to most cities in not only the state, but the country.
