Yes, you can still walk around feed the water fowl and fish and there are concerts in the evenings during the summer. Not sure of the hours for the Hager house or Museum. But should be able to find their hours on line.
The park is closed at 10 pm. There is play equipment for children, walking paths and pretty scenery. Closer the south side of the park there was machines at a building that you could use to get food to feed the fish or ducks. They do not allow bread as it causes problems for the water. Just strolling through the park is fun on the many paths.
