We've been coming to this park since I was a kid. Beautiful. Lots of changes, but the entrance has remained the same.

Great place to go for a walk. Loved it!

Really nice place. The fish kept my kids entertained for hours. There also a playground and a lot of stairs in certain places. Kids went up and down those and passed out in the car. I think you can feed ducks also. At least that's what I saw some doing.

It was small but intimate place. Had a lot of cute wares but unfortunately not state magnets which I collect. It was interesting but not q lot of product. But what they had was pricey.

Not in the playground areas or most of the walkways through the center of the park (likely to protect all the wildlife), but there is a main path around the general area that is open for dogs.
Yes, you can still walk around feed the water fowl and fish and there are concerts in the evenings during the summer. Not sure of the hours for the Hager house or Museum. But should be able to find their hours on line.
I don't think so but I'm not sure I have never seen one in use whenever I have visited
Yes, it's a beautiful park. There are children's playgrounds, different species of ducks. They also hold concerts and movies in the summer. There is Nena's Cafe, you can purchase, hotdogs, French fries, water, sodas, icecream, etc. You can also purchase Duck food for reasonable price, to feed the ducks. There is also the Museum of Fine Arts at the park. Plenty of walking grounds and sights to see. Fish in the lake. After walking there are plenty of benches to take a break. Pavilions to rent for your family parties and grills to cook on. The " City Park " in Hagerstown, MD. ( Washington County ) has plenty to for the whole family. Last but not least, Christmas is around the corner, drive through and tune your radio to the appropriate station to listen or sing along. Or for the younger generation, it's a romantic experience. You won't be disappointed.
No, it is not paid. Maybe for some events, but in general it's totally free.
6 or 7 feet in some areas from what I remember from the dredging. The goal was to have it back to 6 feet deep in certain areas; after years of use caused it to be very shallow of around 6 inches. That wasn't healthy for all of the creatures that reside there.
No you can't fish there but you can in the pangborn park pond
Hagerstown City Park has a public restroom and several playgrounds.
No but u have to call parjs and recreation for permission to use
