Walked out on this job after putting in 4 months of hard work. I always came in with a positive attitude and would do anything to help anybody at anytime. Unfortunately the "higher-up" employees saw no value with my efforts. The head manager, Chris, cares only about the managers under him and does not speak to the newer employees until they have been there for more than 3 months. Chris also makes rules that he does not follow himself and even breaks them openly in front of his other employees. One of his managers openly flirts with customers AND employees, between pot-smoking breaks inside the Laser tag arena, bathrooms, and dock. Nepotism, theft, and giving certain customers large quantities of free tickets and rides are all common and occur nearly on a daily basis. Had it not been for Kelsey, Robert, Brian, and Zane, I'd say tilt studios was more like a high school project with children running it, than a customer- fueled business which I'm sure the owners have been fooled to believe that it is.

Had my sons birthday party on September 4th and the kids had a blast! Our host, Kelsey was awesome! She was super friendly and accommodating. Was very happy and will def book again! Kudos to Kelsey!
