I think your bike would go inside the opening at the door, like a foyer, where the carts are. North Pointe store probably safest. It's where I go.

They typically do. If you enter the store from the Starbucks end, go left to the aisle where the water is. They have water bottles and Brita products at the very front of the store in that aisle.

Looked it up - not at Martin's, but at Wal-Mart for about $3.80 give or take. They actually have a couple different brands. Hope this helps.
