*NEGATIVE STARS* Held truck for 28 days, wired half the estimate amount 12 days prior until they even started working on it. As far as I am concerned they are extortionist and thieves holding your livelihoods hostage without any resolution in sight. Major city in America, I've had better service in the middle of the desert in Sparks, Nevada. $8800+ later, 28 days held hostage, truck breaks down 2 hours south in Lexington, KY and Rush Truck Center has nothing to say, nobody can be reached, they will never admit blame or fault. They'll respond with a comment saying to call them... but nobody will answer, especially the service center. The workers don't care they just milk the clock collect a paycheck this is all set up like a union they collect their paychecks and International is an inferior product and they know it. Steer clear of these crooks***

Truck has sat here for 25 days now with the run around and very hard to get in touch with. I need to get back on the road this is a last ditch effort for them to push my truck along I already lost my jobs and bread winner route.

Very incompetent. They don't have parts to fix your truck plus they are super slow...
