Black roses are not natural, so they die real ones or go artificial but be sure what message you intend to convey,
Hobby Lobby stores sell artificial ones that look real. Michaels does also. Other than that, a florist or an online florist.
I can only think of a florist to get a black rose. You may even have to special order it
