Not outside, but Sheetz and Lowes have them right outside
Normal Covid Protocol
They sell new tires, you could go to Pope Tires in Hagerstown for used tires, but then you'd have to check for dry rot & the level of tread, but I'd go to Blubaugh's for new, He's more knowledgeable than anyone that I have ever dealt with, plus prices are reasonable, you could go buy a no name brand, but then you'd be buying something that wouldn't be safe on the road.
