Different stores have their own validate policy depends on how much you spent at their store. Parking in that area is impossible, therefore, small fee or free is very much appreciated.
Parking on the street is next to impossible. Use the lot provided in the rear which charges $5. Some stores will validate your ticket depending on their individual rules.
At BJs you need to purchase $75 or more to get your parking ticket validated for free parking. Apparently it differs for the other stores.
If you get your card validated in certain stores you get like three hours free.
Parking is free if you shop at the supermarket for $50 or more. Otherwise is about $5 Parking fee per day.
You have to pay to park. You can get your ticket validated if you eat at Applebee's. There might be a few other places that do it as well.
