When we went that did some preshow audience interaction. That was to see Once on the Island. Not sure what other shows would do. 30+ minutes early should be good.
Always arrive at a half hour before curtain.
Arrive at least a half an hour before the show! That should give you enough time to find your seat before curtain time. If you want concessions or need to visit the bathroom (if you're a lady) you should arrive 50 minutes prior to curtain time.
