There’s a kitchen gadget store in Arrowhead Mall that sells prickly pear items, including jelly.
I think they stock them at AJ's Fine Foods maybe? In any case the factory here in Phoenix on 24th St usually has some in stock.
I couldn't find a location. I drove down from Sun City last week. They do have online shopping.
