I only deal with the dock drop off side. But every time i do, it takes a while, and i have to go back up to remind them in all waiting.

TForce taking over UPS is horrible. They attempted multiple deliveries without scheduling. We have specific delivery windows so I told them we'd pick the order up instead. We can't pick up the order because they keep putting it on a truck for delivery. Today is the 4th time they tried to deliver and we had to turn them away again Nobody answers the phone and it's obvious they don't communicate with each other. I've been working in logistics for decades and I've never experienced so many failures from one company in a span of less than two weeks. 1. Don't read the notes and call to schedule 2. Don't stage the order for pickup when told it'll be picked up instead. 3. Keeps trying to deliver the order so if it's on a truck, we can't pick it up. 4. Provided a phone number for call back that nobody answers, but they confirmed it's their number. 5. Called main number multiple times to be transferred to Phoenix office, only to have nobody answer.

The Tom boy clerk is so rude. She completely lied to me about a pick up time an had me wait even longer a few days .just after 2 weeks because of being misinformed by her and my enough effort
